I have to confess....over the past 5 months, I have let myself slip. I have gained some weight and body fat and when I look back, I can see that it is due to less activity during my day (not workout wise, but before I was training a lot more individual clients and doing daycare 5 full days a week) and at that time, I could eat up to 1900-2000 calories per day. So as my activity level started to slow down, I continued to keep my calories up. And now 8 lbs later...here is where I am at. I will "practice what I preach" and achieve my goals and will use this as my fat loss journal, documenting my meals, calories and workouts. I am going to try to do this on a daily basis, but hopefully at least every other day.
Each day I will be adding documenting every thing I do and eat throughout the day, until I reach my goal. I guess now would be a good time to set my goals:
1. I will drop my weight to between 120-123lbs
2. I will drop my body fat % to 19%
3. I will continue to do intervals 3-5x per week for no more than 20 minutes and no less than 10 minutes.
4. I will do weight training 3x per week.
5. I will take my measurements on a weekly basis to make sure that I am on the right track and making progress.
So there it is...I am human, I have fat loss struggles just as each of you do. I "fall off the wagon" but make sure I get back up again before I have let myself get too far.

Thanks Angie for this post!!! It's comforting to know that we all suffer from setbacks :) The important thing is that we get back up and move on!!! You're awesome and a definate inspiration!

Thanks Julie, I just want everyone to know that I am human too, even though I am a trainer, I still have to work at this whole fitness thing as hard as everyone else!
